How can raw and boiled eggs be distinguished?

By placing the eggs on the table and gently rotating them.

Raw eggs slow down very quickly because the liquid rubs against the shell and therefore cannot rotate so quickly.

A hard-boiled egg, on the other hand, turns evenly and longer.
